| Vegas joined us in December 2010 from down south and we're very happy to have her with us. A daughter of our Duke, she has many of his qualities and character, and she caught our eye early on. A quality litter, Steve & Sue have kept her sister, Emba, and other sister, Koda resides in Finland where she was one of the top RR's in Scandanavia. Vegas was a raw, immature girl but she turned into a gorgeous RR with a stunning ridge and what a great mover she is! Vegas has been a consistent class winner at Specialties, winning all but one class (where she came 2nd). She is a very sweet and loving dog and has never caused any problems. After rehoming Polar to Fred and Nola Douglas (long time RR breeders of Injara fame), they approached us for another RR. And after consultation with Steve and Sue, Vegas now lives with Fred and Nola and is Fred's constant companion. She lives very close by and we visit both dogs regularly. Vegas had her first litter in 2014. She is now desexed and enjoying life with Fred, Nola and her companion, Tom. |
